Think I got some gear, like a small tent and stuff when in Hillsboro about 6-7 years ago now. Likely bicycled to town on a long day trip up the Greenbrier river trail and see what I could find. Other options were bicycle store in town with snacks, thrift store and meglomart like chain stores in Lewisburg a long pedaling distance the other way, and low budget living so choosing carefully. Hunting stuff mostly, iirc, will see if I still have receipts for more details...
